Emergency / Shutdown Work

For fire restoration, plant shutdowns, production-line issues, and after-hours cleaning, call direct. Most emergency jobs are on site inside 72 hours. We carry $5M general liability, WSIB clearance, and complete documentation for insurance and procurement.

What to expect

1. Initial conversation — call, text, or email. Describe your project. We’ll tell you whether dry ice is the right tool (sometimes we’ll tell you it isn’t).
2. Site review — free. We come out, walk the work, photograph the surfaces, confirm scope.
3. Written quote — fixed-price wherever the scope is well-defined, day-rate when it isn’t. Certificate of insurance included.
4. Mobilization — we bring the truck, the Cold Jet equipment, the compressor, the dry ice, the PPE, the documentation.
5. Sign-off — walk-through with your maintenance lead, before/after photos, and we’re done.
