Why it works
Dry ice blasting sublimates to gas on impact, so there is no blast media to recover, no rinse water, and no chemical residue. For food, agricultural and greenhouse work that is the whole point — nothing is introduced that has to be rinsed off, dried out, or explained to an auditor.
