Documentation before mobilization
Industrial sites in Lambton do not let anyone through the gate without paperwork, and we do not expect them to. We carry $5M general liability and WSIB clearance, supply a certificate of insurance before mobilization, can be named as additional insured, and provide operator training records, safety data sheets and a job safety analysis on request. FAQ
Can you support a plant turnaround or shutdown?
Yes. Shutdown and turnaround prep is a natural fit — dry ice cleans in place, leaves no media to clean up afterward, and does not add a dry-out window to your critical path. Scope it with us early and we will build the schedule around your outage dates.
Is dry ice blasting safe around electrical and instrumentation?
Dry ice is non-conductive and the process introduces no moisture, which is why it is used on panels, switchgear and motor housings. That said, we handle electrical work with site approval, a risk review, and qualified electrical sign-off. We do not assume energized work.
Does it create waste we have to dispose of?
No secondary waste. The CO2 sublimates to gas on impact, so the only thing left to collect is the contaminant that came off the surface. There is no spent abrasive and no rinse water to characterize, contain or dispose of.
