Insurance & coverage
- WSIB Cleared — Workplace Safety and Insurance Board coverage in good standing. Clearance certificate available on request.
- $5M General Liability — Commercial General Liability up to $5,000,000. Certificate of Insurance provided to clients on request, and your facility can be named as additional insured.
Operator & equipment
- Cold Jet trained — Direct operator training on the equipment we run. We own the machines we use; we know how they behave.
- Equipment list — Cold Jet Aero 80HP, PCS 60, Aero 40, pneumatic aftercooler, mobile diesel air compressor. Full list and serials available on request.
- Site safety review — Every job starts with a walk-through to confirm scope, surface compatibility, access, and PPE.

- WSIB clearance certificate
- Certificate of insurance (and additional insured naming)
- Site-specific safety paperwork
- Equipment list with serial numbers
- Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for dry ice / CO₂
- Job hazard assessment (JHA)
- Method statement / scope of work
- Lockout/tagout sign-off form (for electrical work)
- Before-and-after job documentation (PDF for adjusters)
